About Shamani

Shamani, also known as Sher Griffin, is the founder and harmony facilitator of The Compassion Collective, a transformative community dedicated to fostering interconnectedness, cognitive ecology, and radical inclusion. As a soon-to-be Master’s graduate in Transformative Social Change, I specialize in system visioning, emergent strategy, and holistic frameworks that challenge dominant paradigms and cultivate alternative pathways for collective thriving. My work integrates peacebuilding, neurodiversity, and cooperative governance, exploring how systemic transformation emerges through deep relationality and ecological wisdom.

At the core of my research and practice are two pioneering models:

  • Exclusion Feedback Synpraxis (EFS) – A framework that examines how exclusion functions as a feedback loop within social systems, offering pathways for healing, re-integration, and generative transformation.

  • The Cognitive Ecology Model (CEM) – A paradigm-shifting approach that moves beyond deficit-based narratives, exploring cognition as an evolving ecological system shaped by personal, social, and environmental factors.

Through The Compassion Collective, I co-facilitate a space where community-driven governance and lived experience shape an adaptive, co-created model of cooperation and social transformation. The Collective operates as both a cooperative and a foundation, embodying a consent-based, holarchical generative system design that empowers individuals and communities to enact change beyond hierarchical constraints.

My work extends into autoethnobiographical research, radical inclusion praxis, and the application of metamodern sensibilities in community-building and governance. The Compassion Collective serves as both a think tank and a lived experiment, offering an alternative to extractive systems through regenerative relationships, shared wisdom, and reciprocal care.
