ADHD esque question. How do you not get overwhelemed when you work on an idea and the more you work on it - the more complex it gets.

I guess how does one represent complexity in a simple way when that complexity evolves rapidly as you try to put it on paper?

Its i think linked to perfectionism because as you see a gap in your idea, you try to address it and whoops - the idea just transformed.
