Glitches in the System
I’ve missed a few days of writing. Life can be overwhelming sometimes—managing all the interactions, expectations, and trying to be everything to everyone. If you’re anything like me, you might find yourself caught in the cycle of trying to create a welcoming environment so that no one sees you as difficult or unkind. And yes, I know this is people-pleasing and masking behavior. But for some in my life, they haven’t yet come to understand that love is not about what we do but about how we show up as our true selves.
