We are all caught in a web—a system so deeply ingrained in our lives that we rarely stop to question it. This web is made up of interconnected strands: white supremacy, capitalism, patriarchy, colonialism, and neuronormativity. These systems don’t stand alone; they reinforce and feed into each other, shaping the way we live, work, and relate to one another.

And here’s the thing: this web doesn’t just harm those on the margins—it harms everyone. It tells us our worth is tied to how much we produce, how well we conform, how little we challenge the rules. It isolates us, makes us feel like we have to compete to survive, and leaves us disconnected—from ourselves, from each other, and from the planet.
